Promotional Codes of any type may only be used for new rental orders and cannot be applied to purchased items. While Fernish may offer various promotions at any given time, there is a limit of one Promotional Code per customer, regardless of how many orders the customer places. All Promotional Codes are valid for new rental orders only and cannot be applied to previous orders.
Promotional Codes may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Every Promotional Code offered has a listed expiration date. Promotional Codes cannot be used for purchase orders or applied as credit towards rent-to-own orders. Promotional Codes are valid while supplies last. No rainchecks will be provided for out of stock items.
Promotional Codes of any kind do not apply towards taxes and cannot be applied to any fees outside of rental fees. You agree that Promotional Codes: (a) must be used in a lawful manner; (b) must be used for the intended audience and purpose; (c) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available by you to the general public (whether posted to a public forum, coupon collecting service, or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by the Company through a signed written agreement; (d) may be disabled or have additional conditions applied to them by the Company at any time for any reason without liability to the Company; (e) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that the Company establishes for such Promotional Code; (f) are not valid for cash or other credits or points; (g) may not be combined; (h) are limited to one use per customer and (i) may expire prior to your use.
Promotional Code and discount are valid for consumers only (not valid for business, real estate, or professional use). Promotional Codes do not have any cash value and may not be refunded or exchanged for cash value. The order must maintain a minimum of $149 in rental value after the promotional discount application period has passed. Failure to maintain the minimum may result in a required repayment of discounted value given and cancellation of any future discount.
A customer’s account must remain active and in good standing to receive any promotional value in the current or future months. If the account should become delinquent or if the rental agreement is canceled early, the customer will be charged the full promotional amount given.
