Fernish Big Game Promotion Terms & Conditions:

Welcome to the restrictions, terms and conditions ("Terms") for the Fernish Big Game Promotion. These Terms are between you and Fernished, Inc dba Fernish and/or its affiliates (“Fernish”, "The Company”, “Company”, or "Us") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the Fernish.com website and Fernish services are also governed by the agreements listed and linked to below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Fernish.com website, all of which may be changed over time. If you sign up for this promotion, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.

This is a limited time offer. All conditions below must be met to be eligible and apply to the entirety of this promotional offer. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, this promotion may not be valid, and regardless, all terms, conditions, and restrictions as outlined herein apply.

Customers who enter the promotional code HOMETEAM in the check out flow of a new rental order on fernish.com will be eligible for a discount, the value of which will depend upon the outcome of the NFL™ Super Bowl™ LVI game (occurring February 13, 2022) as follows:

If the Los Angeles Rams™ win, but by fewer than 4 points: eligible customers will receive up to $125 off their order
If the Los Angeles Rams™ win by between 4 and 10 points (inclusive): eligible customers will receive up to $250 off their order
If the Los Angeles Rams™ win by between 11 and 17 points (inclusive): eligible customers will receive up to $375 off their order
If the Los Angeles Rams™ win by between 18 and 24 points (inclusive): eligible customers will receive up to $500 off their order
If the Los Angeles Rams™ win by 25 or more points: eligible customers will receive up to $1,000 off their order

These discounts will be given as a recurring discount applied to payments after March 1, 2022. If a customer’s order is not long enough to receive the discount in full, the remaining promotional value will be forfeited.

The $125 discount will be applied in $25 increments per month until the cumulative promotional value is reached.
The $250 discount will be applied in $50 increments per month until the cumulative promotional value is reached.
The $375 discount will be applied in $50 increments per month until the final month, in which the discount will be $25. Discount will be applied until the cumulative promotional value is reached.
The $500 discount will be applied in $50 increments per month until the cumulative promotional value is reached.
The $1,000 discount will be applied in $70 increments per month until the final month, in which a $20 discount will be applied until the cumulative promotional value is reached.

To be eligible for these discounts:

The promotional code HOMETEAM must be entered by the customer during check out while placing a new order.
The order must be a new order, placed between 3 pm EST/12 pm PST on Monday, February 7, 2022 and 6:30 pm EST/3:30 pm PST Sunday, February 13, 2022.
The order must contain and maintain a minimum of $75 in rental value per month.
A customer’s account must remain active and in good standing to receive any promotional value in the current or future months.

Other restrictions and conditions:

Offer is good as a discount to offset rental fees only. It may not be applied to purchases, including but not limited to buy out of furniture after a period of rental. Discount will also not apply to any other taxes or fees.

Limit one per customer.
Good while supplies last. No rain-checks will be given.
May not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
No cascading discounts. Only one promotional value will be given, depending upon the outcome of the game.
Promotional code and discount do not have any cash value and may not be refunded or exchanged for cash value.
Offer only valid in active Fernish service areas as of February 1, 2022.
The Customer must be an individual person. Promotion is not valid on business/corporate orders or for corporate or business accounts or customers.
Promotional code must be used in a lawful manner.
Promotional code must be used for the intended audience and purpose.
Promotional code may not be duplicated, sold, or transferred in any manner, or made available by you to the general public (whether posted to a public forum, coupon collecting service, social media account, or otherwise) unless expressly permitted by the Company.
If you violate any of the Terms, the promotion will be invalid.
Promotion may be disabled or have additional conditions applied to it by The Company at any time and for any reason without liability to The Company.
The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse service at its sole discretion.

Fernish orders are subject to The Subscription Agreement that the Customer signs during the order placement process.
